Hello and welcome to this course on making money as a writer. This course was designed as part of the Early Career Awards and adapted from a talk given as part of the Season of Debuts industry day, held at National Centre for Writing's home in Norwich, Drgaon Hall.

The Early Career Awards are series of prizes dedicated to shining a light on debut books and first-time authors, providing new platforms for work that is fundamental to our literary ecology, as well as delivering crucial, wraparound support for the writers to build and encourage long-term, sustainable writing careers.
